Some phases of life can take us out of balance — physically, emotionally or internally. You may feel exhausted, find yourself in the midst of change, or notice that your body is sending signals that are difficult to understand.
In somatic work, a space opens where you are not alone with what you are experiencing.
A space where thoughts, emotions and bodily responses can be explored together. Sessions can take place individually or as part of a deeper process over several weeks.
I also support you during phases of acute stress or while you are waiting for a psychotherapy appointment.
In somatic bodywork, we work holistically with what is present for you — through conversation and through the body.
At the beginning, we take time to clarify what is currently moving you and what you would like to shift. This includes not only thoughts and emotions, but also physical responses such as tension, restlessness, pressure or exhaustion.
Part of the session may involve regulating bodywork, for example elements of Polarity Therapy. Through gentle touch, subtle rocking movements, as well as specific stretching or pressure techniques, the body can begin to soften and the nervous system can return to a more balanced state. Another part of the session may take place through conversation — structured and resource-oriented — or be supported by simple breath or movement impulses.
These different approaches are not separate. They interweave and build on each other. In this way, a process emerges in which experiences are not only understood on a cognitive level, but can also be processed and integrated through the body.
Somatic bodywork can be supportive in times of stress and exhaustion, with physical tension or pain, with psychosomatic symptoms, as well as during phases of inner transition or reorientation.
Session duration: 60–90 minutes
Some themes benefit from continuity. Support packages create a stable framework in which regulation, integration and sustainable change can unfold.
Over the course of several sessions, a protected space begins to emerge — a small pause within your everyday life.
Ongoing support may be particularly helpful in the following situations:
• Pregnancy and the time after birth
• Exhaustion and overwhelm
• Physical symptoms and recovery
6 sessions over the course of 2–3 months.
This form of support creates continuity and a stable container in which regulation, integration and lasting change can start to take place. Over time, inner patterns can become visible not only in conversation, but also as lived, embodied experiences. This opens up new ways of relating to stress, challenges and physical symptoms.
This format is particularly supportive:
• in times of ongoing stress or exhaustion
• with recurring physical symptoms
• during intense life phases or transitions
• if you would like to give your process space over several weeks
As part of this process, you receive a workbook with reflections, exercises and guided audio meditations to support you in everyday life.
3 sessions over the course of 1–2 months.
A clear and contained framework for initial stabilisation and support — or as an introduction if you would like to get to know my work.
This format is suitable for:
• acute overwhelm
• physical discomfort or pain
• transitional phases
the wish to explore a specific topic
As part of this process, you receive two guided audio meditations to support you in your daily life.

Reiki is a gentle form of energy-based bodywork that can support the body in entering a state of deep rest and regeneration.
Through calm, intentional touch or by holding specific positions on the body, a space is created in which tension can soften and the nervous system can begin to settle. Many people experience a deep sense of relaxation, an inner spaciousness, or a renewed connection to their body.
Reiki can be especially supportive in times of stress, exhaustion or inner restlessness, as well as during phases in which the body needs regeneration and stabilisation.
I am a Reiki Master and also offer Reiki as a standalone treatment.
Duration: 60–90 minutes
Optional introductory call or a first individual session in the practice
Decision between individual sessions or a support package of 3 or 6 sessions
