A session usually lasts 60 minutes and costs a flat rate of CHF 130. If, during the session, it becomes clear that an extension would be beneficial, additional time is charged in 5-minute increments at CHF 10 per 5 minutes. The session will end after 75 minutes at the latest. Sessions are paid for privately.
For people with a low income, I offer a 30% reduction upon presentation of a valid KulturLegi.

SUPPORT PACKAGES
Some topics require more space and continuity. That is why I offer packages with multiple sessions, complemented by meditations for your daily life and a workbook to support you in deepening and sustainably integrating the insights between sessions.

3 Sessions – Nervous System Reset

For grounding, stabilisation, and finding your bearings.

6 Sessions – Deepening the Journey
6 × 60–75 Minutes
Within 2–3 months
CHF 810 (payment in 2 installments available)
For deeper processes and sustainable transformation.
Includes a workbook and
guided audio meditations.
Practical Information
- Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, the full session fee will be charged.
- Payment via TWINT, cash, or bank transfer/invoice
- Self-paid service (not covered by health insurance)

- Fridays all day at Stauffacher in Zurich.
