Somatic bodywork in Zurich during pregnancy and after birth
The time around pregnancy and birth is a phase of profound physical and emotional change. For many women, it is powerful and fulfilling. At the same time, it can also be challenging — physically, emotionally, or through experiences related to pregnancy and birth.
This support can also be helpful after difficult birth experiences, a caesarean section, miscarriage, or when experiences around pregnancy and birth continue to resonate.
Sometimes, space is needed to process what has been experienced, to feel the body again, or to find orientation in this new phase of life. Experiences of loss or unfulfilled pregnancies are also given a mindful and respectful place.
This somatic support creates a protected space in which experiences can be gently perceived and integrated.

STRUCTURE OF THE SUPPORT
This support can take place either as a deeper process (6 sessions) or as a regulation start (3 sessions).
A deeper process — 6 sessions
6 sessions over the course of 2–3 months
Over several sessions, a protected space unfolds — a small pause within your everyday life.
You receive a workbook with exercises and reflection prompts, as well as accompanying audio meditations.
Regulation start — 3 sessions
3 sessions over the course of 1–2 months
A manageable framework for initial stabilisation.
You receive two supportive audio meditations.
