1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Selina Clément Somatic Bodywork (hereinafter referred to as the “provider”), in particular:

• Group yoga
• Private yoga sessions
• Somatic bodywork
• Reiki
• Coaching 
• Polarity Therapy treatments
• Workshops
• Online Sessions
• Corporate offers
• Retreats and events with accommodation

By booking a service, the client accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Description of Services

The services are intended to support health, relaxation, self-awareness and prevention. They do not constitute medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and do not replace medical diagnosis or therapy.

Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.

3. Health Condition and Personal Responsibility

By booking, participants confirm that they are physically and mentally able to take part in the service.

If there are any health conditions, pregnancy, injuries or psychological stress, the provider must be informed before the start.

The provider assumes no liability for damages resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made via the respective booking system, by email or by individual arrangement.

Payment options:

• Twint
• Invoice
• Cash payment on site

Payment is due at the latest at the time of the session or according to the invoice.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Individual sessions (somatic bodywork, coaching, Polarity Therapy, private sessions, online sessions)

Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. 24 Stunden vor Terminbeginn möglich.

In case of later cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Group classes and workshops

Cancellation up to 48 hours before the start: free of charge
After that: full amount due

Retreats

After registration, the booking is binding.

Cancellation terms:

• Up to 60 days before: administration fee CHF 100
• 59–30 days before: 50% of the amount
• From 29 days before: 100% of the amount

In case of non-participation or early termination, no refund is granted.

Taking out cancellation insurance is recommended.

6. Cancellation by the Provider

The provider reserves the right to cancel or postpone services in case of illness, insufficient number of participants or force majeure. Any payments already made will be fully refunded. Further claims are excluded.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Participation is at your own responsibility. The provider is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

No liability is assumed for loss or theft of personal belongings.

8. Data Protection

The privacy policy on the website in its current version applies.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
